Terms of Use
Last updated: September 08, 2026
These terms govern use of the Strice platform. They supplement the contract signed with each customer organisation. Where the two conflict, the signed contract prevails.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Strice platform at app.strice.com.br, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.
These terms supplement the commercial contract between O2 Serviços de Tecnologia e Inteligência Comercial Ltda. and the subscribing organisation. Where they conflict, the signed contract prevails.
2. What the service is
Strice is a management platform for agencies and consultancies, offered as a subscription service. It brings together sales pipeline, WhatsApp customer service, projects and tasks, proposals and contracts, recurring billing, calendar and reporting.
Which modules an organisation actually has is set in its contract. The service evolves continuously: we may add, change or discontinue features. Material discontinuations are announced with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and access
- Access is by invitation. There is no public sign-up: every user is invited by an administrator of the subscribing organisation.
- Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under them. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- The organisation defines its users' roles and permissions and is answerable for how they use the platform.
- We may suspend access, with notice where possible, in the face of a risk to security, to the platform's integrity, or to other customers' data.
4. Acceptable use
In using the platform, you agree not to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates the policies of the connected messaging platforms;
- upload unlawful or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content containing malicious code;
- process personal data without a legal basis, or contrary to applicable data protection law;
- attempt to access another organisation's data, bypass permission controls, or exploit security flaws;
- reverse-engineer, copy or resell the platform;
- run automation that degrades service stability or exceeds the agreed technical limits.
Use of the WhatsApp channel is additionally subject to Meta's policies. Breaching them can result in Meta blocking the number, which is outside our control.
If you find a security flaw, write to contato@strice.com.br before disclosing it. We take no action against anyone who reports in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.
5. Customer data
The data an organisation enters into or connects to the platform remains theirs. We claim no ownership over that content.
We process it as a processor, on the organisation's instructions and under the contract, as described in the Privacy Policy. The organisation is responsible for having a legal basis for the personal data it records and for informing its own data subjects.
We do not use customer content to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not share it with other customers.
6. Third-party integrations
The platform connects to third-party services: Meta (WhatsApp), Google, Microsoft, Conta Azul, and electronic signature and payment providers. Each connection is optional and explicitly authorised by the user or the organisation.
Those services are run by third parties under their own terms. We are not answerable for their downtime, API changes, policy changes or account suspensions. Where a third-party change affects a feature, we will say so and look for an alternative where one exists.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available and sound, with continuous monitoring and scheduled maintenance outside business hours wherever possible.
Formal commitments on uptime, response times and support channels, where they exist, are those set in each organisation's contract. This public document creates no service level guarantee.
8. Payment
Prices, billing frequency, adjustment and cancellation conditions are those of the signed contract. Payments are processed by a third-party provider; we do not store full card data.
In the event of non-payment we may suspend access after prior notice, keeping data available for export during the cure period set in the contract.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, interface, brand and documentation belong to O2 Serviços de Tecnologia e Inteligência Comercial Ltda.. A subscription grants the organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, limited to the term of the contract.
Suggestions and feedback sent by customers may be used to improve the product, without creating any obligation to compensate or any transfer of ownership over customer data.
10. Liability
The platform is provided as described in the documentation and the contract. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for losses and damages is subject to the limits set in the contract with the organisation. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business opportunity or indirect damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct, for breach of consumer rights where applicable, or in any case the law declares non-excludable.
11. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as access to the platform lasts. Termination follows the organisation's contract.
Once a contract ends, we make a data export available on request and then carry out the deletion described on the Data deletion page.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district of O2 Serviços de Tecnologia e Inteligência Comercial Ltda.'s registered office are the elected venue for disputes, except where the law mandates a different one.
We may update these terms. The date of the last revision is at the top of the page, and material changes are announced before they take effect.
